Sexual and reproductive health in adolescence
Descripción: The stage of adolescence varies according to the sociodemographic context where young people are located. In large cities, it is clearly defined by the opportunities for training and preparation for an independent adult life. Adolescence is the passage from childhood to adulthood characterized by anatomical-physiological changes of the sexual system and the endocrine system, which controls the reproductive function, which produces transformations throughout the body and modifies the socio-cultural and psychological characteristics. Adolescence is the bridge between the infantile world and the maturity, in which different rites are given as a social preamble to prepare the entrance to the adult world.
